Inspection process

The Alphatex Corporation inspection process follows the ISO 9001 certification standards, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and reliability.

• All boxes received are visually inspected.
• Codes and quantities of parts are conferred, comparing them to available documents, and any discrepancy is resolved before you go to the inspection area.
• When the components reach the inspection area, they are examined in detail by microscope, barcode and expansion lenses. Next, components are photographed and records are archived for future use.
• The disapproved components are detailed documented and removed to a quarantine area to return their origin.
• The approved ones are placed in anti -static packaging and made available in our inventory, awaiting client boarding authorization.
• All materials are stored in a climatized environment.
• Finally, our logistics department makes goods and documentation available to cargo agents, always agile and proactively.
